Danno’s Burger and Eggs
This burger and eggs recipe is my husband’s favorite breakfast recipe of all time. He said, that as a kid they would eat a burger and eggs for breakfast each morning. Since this recipe is loaded with protein, this breakfast would keep him and his uncle full in the mornings while they would tend the farm.
While he doesn’t eat this every day anymore, any time I make it for him, he is very happy! This simple recipe is easy to make and delicious. So, if you give it a try be sure to drop a review. I’m sure Danno will be eager to hear from you all on his “famous” family breakfast recipe.
This recipe makes 3 servings. However, you can save the extra patties if you do not need them all at once.
Ingredients Needed for Burger and Eggs
Ground Beef – For this recipe, you will need about one pound of ground beef. 80/20 will give you a super tender burger. Be sure to form the beef into three, 5ish-ounce patties. Season with salt and pepper.
Eggs – For this recipe, you will need two eggs per each burger patty. So, six eggs in total. Pan fry the eggs to your liking.
Bread – Be sure to toast your favorite bread and spread a small amount of butter over the hot toast.
Chives – Top the eggs with freshly chopped chives.
How to Make Burger and Eggs

Once the burgers are almost done, heat a second non-stick skillet and pan fry your eggs to your liking.
Toast your bread and spread a small amount of butter on the toast.
Place the buttered toast on a plate.
Top it with a burger and then the fried eggs.
Garnish with fresh chopped chives and cracked black pepper.

I’m going to try this cause i love steak and eggs so why not this. I’m probably going to fry the eggs in my leftover beef tarrow for flavor.
Less dishes.
sounds amazing!
I just made these for my son and husband and now I think we have a new Saturday morning tradition! My son is a teenager, so he is constantly eating me out of house and home. I think he actually felt full after breakfast…. thank goodness!
