Pro Tips for Creamy Whipped Cottage Cheese

Different brands hold different amounts of water. This is why I like to use Good Culture 2% cottage cheese. It whips up creamy and thick every single time. However, if you use a different brand and it seems a bit watery, you can always strain it with a cheesecloth before whipping it.

Also, if you opt for lower fat content this might yield a thinner dip as well. So keep the fat content and brand in mind when making this recipe.
