Ingredients Needed for Chopped Smoked Salmon Salad
Smoke Salmon- For this recipe, you’ll need 8 ounces of smoked salmon. Be sure to chop it into bite-size pieces and set it aside.
Cream Cheese Dressing – Combine softened cream cheese, light sour cream, fresh squeezed lemon juice, paprika, salt and pepper in a mixing bowl. Mix until smooth, no lumps.
Vegetables / Herbs – You’ll need finely diced cucumber, shallots, capers and fresh dill for this recipe. Option to top with sliced jalapeno and microgreens when serving.
Seasoning – Season with everything but the bagel seasoning for a punch of flavor.
How to Make Chopped Smoked Salmon Salad
Combine softened cream cheese, light sour cream, fresh squeezed lemon juice, paprika, salt and pepper in a mixing bowl. Mix until smooth, no lumps.
Add the chopped smoked salmon, diced cucumber, diced shallots, capers, chopped dill and mix well.
Top with everything but the bagel seasoning and enjoy. Serve chilled with cracker or over toasted bread. I also added a few slices of jalapeno and microgreens for extra flavor.
