Salmon – For this recipe, you’ll need 12 ounces of salmon. You can use whatever salmon you enjoy most. Be sure to leave the skin on as it helps lock in the juices when air frying. Option to remove the skin after cooking.

Marinade – Combine olive oil, lemon juice, freshly chopped parsley, minced garlic, Dijon mustard, sliced Fresno chili, salt, paprika, and black pepper in a mixing bowl. Add the salmon fillets and make sure the salmon is well coated in the marinade. If you do not like, spice you can skip the Fresno chili.

How to Make Air Fryer Spicy Garlic Dijon Salmon

Preheat the air fryer to 350 degrees.

Mix the marinade together in a bowl. Add the salmon fillets to the marinade making sure they are well coated on all sides. Leave the skin on.

Spray the inside of the air fryer with non-stick cooking spray.

Add the marinated salmon to the air fryer (skin side down) and cook for 12 minutes at 350 degrees. This will yield a medium temperature on the salmon. Cooking time will also vary based on the thickness of your fish.

Remove the salmon from the air fryer (option to remove the skin) and serve with your favorite vegetables or rice.

Storage

  • 1 Fresno chili pepper, omit if you do not like spice
  • ¼ teaspoon salt
