This Turkish Beef Bowl is a healthy riff off the viral Turkish Pasta recipe I saw when scrolling through TikTok the other day.

The original Turkish Pasta recipe included a layer of cooked pasta topped with Greek yogurt, spiced beef, diced tomatoes, chopped parsley and butter sauce. My version is lower carb but just as flavorful. Let me know if you give it a try!
