How to Make
Make the Greek Yogurt Mixture
Combine 0% Greek yogurt, minced garlic, pinch kosher salt, fresh squeezed lemon juice, few turns cracked black pepper. Mix well.
Cook the Beef
Add avocado oil to a pan and place it over medium high heat. Once hot add the beef and spices. (Cumin, onion powder, paprika, kosher salt and few turns cracked black pepper.) Sauté until browned and cooked through, remove from the heat.
Assemble
Add the cooked beef to a bowl. Top with Greek yogurt mixture followed by a drizzle of extra virgin olive oil. Next, add diced tomatoes and freshly chopped parsley. Serve and enjoy.
Notes
Store Store leftovers in separate airtight containers in the refrigerator for three to four days. Reheat beef in microwave until warmed through.
