Easy Cheesy Bread
This three-ingredient, easy cheesy bread recipe is borderline addicting. The cheesy bread is perfect for dipping into soup or as the base for a loaded breakfast sandwich. No matter what you enjoy it with, I can guarantee your entire family will love this simple cheesy bread recipe.

Ingredients Needed for Easy Cheesy Bread
Bread – For this recipe, you can use whatever bread you have handy. I like using the King’s Hawaiian Rolls because they are slightly sweet, which tastes good with the salty, crispy cheese. However, you could use mini bagels, sliced bread or whatever you have handy.
Butter – You’ll need salted butter for this recipe.
Cheese – For this recipe, I used shredded mozzarella cheese. You could also use shredded cheddar or whatever you enjoy most. Just be sure it is a cheese that melts easily.
How to Make Easy Cheesy Bread
Heat a small non-stick skillet over medium heat.
Butter the inside of the roll with a thin layer of butter.
Place both sides of the roll in the hot pan, buttered side down. Fry until golden brown and remove from the pan.
Next, in the same pan, add 1-2 tablespoons of shredded cheese.
As it begins to melt, place the roll toasted side down on the hot cheese. (one side at a time) Gently press the roll into the cheese until it adheres.
Once the cheese is crispy remove the roll from the pan. Repeat for as many rolls as you desire.
Enjoy hot.
Storage
Best enjoyed immediately. However, leftovers can be stored in an airtight container in the refrigerator for two to three days. Reheat in the microwave.
