How to Make Healthyish Grilled Banana Split

Preheat the grill to 375-400 degrees. Slice the stem off the banana, then slice the banana in half, lengthwise. Be sure to keep the banana peel intact. Thicker bananas work best.

Brush the grill grates with avocado or grape seed oil right before you add the banana, fruit side down. Grill for 3-4 minutes, and carefully flip the banana.
