Ingredients Needed for Air Fryer Chicken Nugget Pizza Bites
Chicken Nuggets – For this recipe, I used Smart Chicken’s organic chicken nuggets. They are gluten free, certified humane, and never have any antibiotics. They are the best nugget ever. Click here to find a store near you that carries these nuggets.
Mozzarella Cheese – I used Galbani brand, whole milk low moisture mozzarella cheese. Simply slice the cheese from the block and cut it into wedges. Low moisture mozzarella works best because it offers the best cheese pull.
Mini Pepperoni – I used Kroger brand, mini pepperoni for this recipe.
Salad – option to make a simple salad with the pizza bites. Combine 5-ounces of your favorite lettuce with a drizzle of extra virgin olive oil, juice from one lemon, kosher salt to taste, cracked black pepper to taste, and roughly a quarter cup of shaved parmesan cheese. Toss and enjoy.
Cooking Tools – Click here to grab my COSORI Air Fryer and other cooking tools. I use the COSORI 4qt white air fryer, but I also added the 5qt option for larger families.

I love this so much! I can’t do pizza sauce due to reflux, but now I can enjoy pizza night again!!! Plus it’s fewer carbs and more protein! 😋
