Make the Air Fryer Chicken Nuggets
Air fry the frozen chicken nuggets according to the package. When there is about 2-3 minutes remaining, add the mozzarella cheese wedges and mini pepperoni to the top of the nuggets. Finish cooking. Once the cheese is melted and bubbly, serve the nuggets with a side of hot marinara for dipping or nestle them into a simple salad.
Simple Salad
Option to make a simple salad with the pizza bites. Combine 5-ounces of your favorite lettuce with a drizzle of extra virgin olive oil, juice from one lemon, kosher salt to taste, cracked black pepper to taste, and roughly a quarter cup of shaved parmesan cheese. Toss and enjoy.
