Infused Skin Tea
This Infused Skin Tea not only tastes amazing but is loaded with vitamins and nutrients that can potentially promote healthy glowing skin.
As I continue to age, I am always looking for ways to naturally promote healthy, glowing skin. And not only is hydration a great way to decrease fine lines, turns out citrus juice has major skin benefits too.

About Infused Skin Tea
Citrus juice hosts a myriad of health benefits, from boosting the immune system to fighting inflammation in the body. Additionally, vitamin C found in citrus also helps synthesize collagen.
Vitamin C is essential in the production of collagen in our bodies. Without it, our bodies can’t properly produce collagen, which is the protein that helps hold our bodies together. Collagen can potentially promote a more youthful appearance by improving elasticity in the skin.
Vitamin C also fights free radical cells which allows our skin to rejuvenate producing new skin cells faster resulting in a potentially more youthful appearance. To read more click here.

Adding fresh fruit and herbs to tea is such a delicious choice! Doesn’t hurt that it could be helping me look good too!
I loved everything about this tea! I admit, I didn’t have fresh mint or that exact tea so I subbed mint tea and a few slices of fresh ginger. It reminded me of summer. can’t wait to enjoy it on a hot day! This is a great one! Please keep them coming!!
