Instructions
Bake the Crust
Preheat the oven to 350 degrees.Grab a baking tray and lightly spray it with baking spray. Use a paper towel to remove any excess spray. A thin layer is all you need. Remove the crescent rolls from the refrigerator and let them sit at room temperature for 5-10 minutes before opening.
Open both cans and spread the rolls into the baking tray making sure to fully cover the tray. Using your fingers press the seams together to form one flat sheet of Crescent rolls.Bake according to the package. Roughly 9-12 minutes or until golden brown. Remove from the oven and let the crust cool.
Mix the Cheese Spread
In a mixing bowl, combine Greek yogurt, whipped cream cheese, parmesan cheese, mayonnaise, 2 tablespoons of the freshly chopped dill and everything but the bagel seasoning. Mix until well combined. Cover and refrigerate until ready to use.
Assemble
Once the crust is completely cool, spread the cheese mixture evenly over the crust.Next, add your toppings. Thinly sliced red onion, capers, remaining freshly chopped dill and the thin sliced lox. Option to sprinkle a little extra everything but the bagel seasoning for extra texture and flavor. Serve immediately. Best enjoyed chilled.

Store leftover pizza in an airtight container in the refrigerator for 3-4 days.
