Breakfast just got a lot tastier with this Cinnamon Roll Waffles Recipe! A combination of cinnamon buns and waffles, these waffles are perfectly fluffy in the center with a touch of crispness on the outside. Topped with a sweet vanilla cinnamon glaze, they’re easy to make and dangerously delicious!
Mix together the powdered sugar, cinnamon, vanilla, and milk. Set it aside.
Prepare waffle batter
In a large bowl, combine everything except the egg white. Stir well using a whisk until a smooth batter forms.
In a separate mixing bowl, beat the egg white using a fork (or hand mixer) until it is foamy and fluffy.Once the egg white is fluffy, fold it into the batter using a spatula. Using a ladle, spoon the batter onto the waffle maker.
Close the waffle maker and bake for 2 - 2.5 minutes. Repeat. Top with vanilla cinnamon glaze or preferred toppings. Best served immediately.
Notes
How long do these cinnamon bun waffles last? Stored in an airtight container, leftovers will stay fresh in the refrigerator for one to two days. Or, you can freeze the waffles for one to two months! To do so, allow them to cool completely. Then, transfer them to a sealable bag. Place a piece of parchment paper between each piece to prevent them from sticking, and freeze. Thaw in the fridge overnight when you’re ready to eat.
