Easy homemade cilantro lime dressing. Perfect for salads, chicken kabobs, grilled veggies and more.
Cut and squeeze the juice of 4-5 medium sized limes. Add the fresh squeezed juice to your blender. Next, add the garlic and jalapeños to the blender.
For a spicier dressing, leave the seeds and veins inside of the jalapeños. For a less spicy dressing, remove the seeds and veins from the inside of the jalapeños using a spoon. Be careful not to touch your eyes during this process.
Remove the stems from your cilantro and add it to the blender. Add honey, Dijon mustard and the salt. Blend well.
Slowly pour in your olive oil. Once the dressing is well combined, turn off the blender and enjoy.
