This air fryer Philadelphia roll salmon bowl comes together in under 20 minutes and tastes amazing! These bowls include everything you love about a traditional Philadelphia roll but delivered with a fun, easy twist.
12-14ouncessalmon, two, 6–7-ounce fillets, skin on
salt, add a pinch of salt to each piece of salmon
3tablespoonscream cheese, whipped or regular
1tablespoonmayonnaise
2teaspoonssriracha
1.5teaspoonssoy sauce, low sodium

1cupcooked rice, divided
10slicesEnglish cucumber, divided
½avocado, sliced and divided
1tablespoonscallions, freshly chopped, divided
1tablespoonjalapeno, finely diced, divided
1teaspoonsesame seeds, divided
1tablespooncilantro, freshly chopped, divided
Equipment
1 air fryer
1 small mixing bowl
2 bowls for serving
Instructions
Preheat the air fryer to 400 degrees.Mix the cream cheese, mayonnaise, sriracha and low sodium soy sauce in a small bowl. Set aside.
Pat the salmon dry with a paper towel and season it with a pinch of salt. Leave the skin on.
Spray the inside of the air fryer basket with avocado oil cooking spray. Add the salmon (skin side down) to the air fryer and cook for 5 minutes at 400 degrees.
Open the air fryer and brush the salmon with the cream cheese mixture. Make sure to add a thick layer of the sauce. Do not skimp. Close the air fryer and finish cooking for another 5-6 minutes at 400 degrees.
Your salmon will need to cook for 10-11 minutes total. 10 minutes will yield a medium temperature and 11 minutes will yield a medium-well temperature. Cooking time will vary slightly based on your air fryer and the thickness of the salmon.Carefully remove the salmon from the air fryer using a fish spatula. (Option to remove the skin). Assemble the bowls and enjoy.
