Instructions
How to Make
Cube the steak into bite-sized pieces and add it to a mixing bowl. Season with kosher salt, cracked black pepper and a drizzle of avocado oil.
Heat a sauté pan over medium high heat and add a drizzle of avocado oil. Once the oil is hot, add the steak bites. Do NOT overcrowd the pan. Sear the steak in the pan.If there is a lot of grease in the pan, degrease or blot some of it off using a paper towel. Do this before adding the garlic, soy sauce and butter.
Once the bites are almost done, add the minced garlic. Sauté for 1 minute tossing the garlic with the steak. Next, add the low sodium soy sauce. Toss everything together and let the soy sauce reduce for 1-2 minutes. Finally, add the unsalted butter. Once the butter is melted, remove everything from the heat, top with chopped chives and sesame seeds. Serve and enjoy.
