Add the drained and rinsed northern beans to a small mixing bowl. Add the Dijon mustard, 0% Greek yogurt, fresh squeezed lemon juice, kosher salt, cracked black pepper and garlic powder. Mix well and gently smash the beans.
Next, add the drained tuna, finely diced shallots and freshly chopped dil. Gently fold everything together. Taste and season as needed. Serve and enjoy.
