This lightened up Jalapeno Artichoke Cheese Dip is easy to make and loaded with flavor. Perfect for game day or as a Healthyish dip to snack on through the week.
1cupwhite cheddar cheeseshredded, plus extra as garnish
7ouncesmarinated artichokes hearts drained, finely diced, about 1 heaping cup
¼cupjalapenofinely diced, about 1-2 jalapeños, option to remove seeds
2tablespoonsmild pepperoncini juice
½teaspoonsalt
¼teaspoonblack pepper
Instructions
In a mixing bowl, combine the softened cream cheese, 2% cottage cheese, shredded white cheddar cheese, finely diced fresh jalapeno, finely diced artichoke hearts, pepperoncini juice, salt and black pepper. Mix well using a spatula.
Once well combined, top with extra diced jalapeno and shredded white cheddar cheese.
