1tablespoonavocado oilplus extra oil spray for the air fryer basket
pinchkosher salt
few turnscracked black pepper

1teaspoonlemon zest
1tablespoonlemon juicefresh squeezed

How to Make
Preheat the air fryer to 375 degrees. Wash, dry and trim the green beans.
Add the green beans to a mixing bowl and toss them with the avocado oil, kosher salt and cracked black pepper until well coated.
Spray the air fryer basket with avocado oil spray and add the green beans. Air fry for 8-9 minutes. Shake them halfway through cooking.Also, add the sliced almonds 3 minutes before the beans are finished cooking. This will allow the almonds warm and lightly brown.
For a slightly crispy green bean cook for 8 minutes for softer green beans cook for 9 minutes.Remove from the air fryer and add the cooked beans to a bowl. Add the butter, lemon zest, lemon juice. Toss until the butter is melted. Serve hot and enjoy.
Notes
Storage Store leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator for three to four days. Reheat in the microwave until warmed through.
