These oven baked crispy chicken thighs are easy to make and perfect for dinner any night of the week. Serve them up alongside roasted carrots, potatoes or any of your favorite vegetables for a delicious, healthy and balanced meal.
How to Make Oven Baked Crispy Chicken Thighs
Prepare the Chicken
Pat the chicken dry (very dry) with a paper towel. Add it to a mixing bowl and drizzle it with olive oil. Rub the oil in well.
Next, add the spice blend, (salt, pepper, Italian seasoning, paprika, onion powder, garlic powder), grated parmesan cheese and mayonnaise. Rub the chicken until it’s well coated in the spices, cheese and mayo.
Place the chicken on the prepared baking tray, skin side up. Bake for 25 minutes then reduce the heat to 400. Bake for another 15-20 minutes or until the juices run clear and the chicken reaches and internal temperature of 165 degrees.
