Ingredients

  • 1 pound shrimp, cooked, peeled, deveined and remove tails
  • ½ cup celery, diced
  • ¼ - ⅓ cup red onion, diced
  • ¼ cup 0% Greek yogurt
  • 2 tablespoons mayonnaise
  • 2 tablespoons light sour cream
  • 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
  • 1 tablespoon white wine vinegar
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice, fresh squeezed
  • 2-3 tablespoons dill, fresh
  • 1 tablespoon tarragon
  • salt, to taste
  • black pepper, to taste

How to Make Creamy Chilled Shrimp Salad

    Make the Dressing

    • In a large mixing bowl, combine 0% Greek yogurt, mayonnaise, light sour cream, white wine vinegar, fresh squeezed lemon juice, Dijon mustard, salt, pepper, fresh tarragon and fresh dill. Whisk until well combined.

    Prepare the Shrimp

    • Thaw your precooked shrimp overnight. Make sure they are peeled, deveined and that the tails have been removed.

    Assemble the Dish

    • Add the diced celery and red onion to the bowl with the dressing. Next, add the prepared shrimp. Toss until well combined. Serve chilled.
