Preheat oven to 350 degrees.

Grab 2 medium sized mixing bowls.
In one mixing bowl, combine your dry ingredients. This includes, gluten free flour, salt, cane sugar, baking powder, and vanilla bean specs. Whisk together
In the second mixing bowl, combine your wet ingredients. This includes, eggs, milk, vegetable oil, vanilla flavor, and smashed banana. Gently whisk together.
Next, you will combine your wet and dry ingredients into one bowl and whisk everything together until a batter forms.
As a final step, fold in some chocolate chips for a little pop of sweetness.
Portion the batter into the baking pan and bake for 20-25 minutes or until a toothpick inserted in to the center comes out clean.
