Instructions
Preheat the oven to 350 degrees.
Grease an 8x8 glass or ceramic baking dish with baking spray. Glass preferred.
In a large mixing bowl, combine the cane sugar, vanilla flavor and butter. Cream together.
Next, add one large egg. Mix well.
Then you'll add the milk and whisk well.
Next, add the dry ingredients. Add the flour, cocoa powder, baking powder, and sifted powdered sugar. Whisk until well combined.
Pour the batter into your greased glass baking dish.
Bake for 35-37 minutes, until fully cooked through.
