  • 10-12 ounces hummus, store-bought or homemade
  • ½ - ¾ cup giardiniera, chopped small
  • ¼ - ½ cup crumbled feta
  • teaspoon cracked black pepper


  • 1 serving dish


  • Add store bought or homemade hummus to the bottom of a serving dish or bowl.
  • Next, roughly chop the giardiniera and spread it over the hummus.
  • Finally, top the dish with some crumbled feta and cracked black pepper.
  • Serve with pan fried toast points or warmed naan bread for dipping.
