  • ½ tablespoon butter
  • ½ bagel thin
  • 1 slice American cheese
  • 1 egg
  • ¼ teaspoon everything but the bagel seasoning
  • sliced avocado optional
  • 1 teaspoon hot sauce optional


  • 1 non-stick skillet


  • Heat a non-stick pan over medium heat.
  • Add butter to the pan.
  • Once melted add half of the bagel thin.
  • Add the American cheese and one egg.
  • Cover with a lid and cook the egg to your liking.
  • Top with everything but the bagel seasoning and enjoy!
