Cherry, Peach, Tomato and Burrata Salad

Cherry Peach Tomato Burrata Salad

  • 1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
  • 1 cup cherries, pitted
  • 2 peaches, sliced into wedges
  • 4 ounces burrata, cheese
  • 2 tablespoons basil
  • Pinch salt
  • Pinch cracked black pepper

Creamy Balsamic Dressing

  • ¼ cup olive oil
  • 2 tablespoons balsamic vinegar
  • 1 tablespoon hot honey
  • 2 tablespoons Greek yogurt, 0% fat
  • ½ teaspoon garlic, minced
  • ¼ teaspoon salt
  • Cracked black pepper


  • 1 serving bowl
  • 1 small mixing bowl


  • Combine olive oil, balsamic vinegar, hot honey, Greek yogurt, minced garlic, salt and cracked black pepper in a mixing bowl. Set aside.
  • Add the sliced tomatoes and peaches to a serving bowl.
  • Pit the cherries and add them to the serving bowl.
  • Open the burrata using your hands and nestle it into the fruit.
  • Drizzle everything with the creamy balsamic dressing.
  • Top everything with fresh basil, a pinch of salt and cracked black pepper.
  • Serve with fried bread or pita.
