Cherry, Peach, Tomato and Burrata Salad
This cherry, peach, tomato and burrata salad is summer in a dish. Jam packed with fresh and juicy fruit, herbs and burrata cheese, this simple salad is hard to beat.
Cherry Peach Tomato Burrata Salad
Combine olive oil, balsamic vinegar, hot honey, Greek yogurt, minced garlic, salt and cracked black pepper in a mixing bowl. Set aside.
Add the sliced tomatoes and peaches to a serving bowl.
Pit the cherries and add them to the serving bowl.
Open the burrata using your hands and nestle it into the fruit.
Drizzle everything with the creamy balsamic dressing.
Top everything with fresh basil, a pinch of salt and cracked black pepper.
