Easy Baked Eggs
These baked eggs are easy to make and super versatile. One way to enjoy these eggs is in freezer friendly breakfast sandwiches.
Preheat the oven to 350 degrees.
Grab a 8x5-inch baking dish and spray it with non-stick olive oil spray.
Add 12 eggs to the baking dish, try not to break the yolks.
Carefully mix in the chopped chives and cheese using a spatula.
Season with salt and black pepper.
Add the baking dish to a larger dish and fill it with water. You’ll want the water to reach the height of the eggs.
Bake for 35-40 minutes or until the eggs are completely set in the center.
Use a spatula to release the sides. Flip the dish and slice the eggs how you enjoy.
