  • 1 package ramen , chicken flavor with seasoning packet
  • Pinch garlic powder
  • Pinch onion powder
  • 1 tablespoon butter
  • 1 hard-boiled egg, grated
  • 2 teaspoon crunchy garlic chili oil
  • 1 tablespoon green onion, chopped


  • 1 small pot


  • Boil 2 cups of water in a small pot.
  • Add the ramen and the seasoning packet.
  • Next, add a pinch of onion powder and garlic powder. Stir well.
  • Once the noodles begin to soften, add the butter. Stir well.
  • Add everything to a bowl and grate the egg on top. You will need a paddle microplane grater.
  • Next, add the crunchy garlic chili oil and green onions.
  • Serve hot and enjoy!
