Turn your leftover stuffing into delicious stuffing waffles. Perfect for breakfast, these stuffing waffles are perfectly crispy on the outside and soft in the center. Top with an egg, cranberry sauce, gravy or anything you desire. Trust me, this is such a fun and delicious way to reinvent your Thanksgiving leftovers.
Instructions
Preheat your waffle iron. Mine is non-stick so I do NOT spray it with cooking spray.
Remove leftover stuffing from the refrigerator.
Spoon on about ½ cup of stuffing.
Close the lid and cook for 2-3 minutes. It may take longer depending on how moist your stuffing is. If it is very moist it will need more time.
Once the stuffing is golden brown on both sides, remove it from the waffle iron.
Repeat for as many waffles as you want to make.
Top with a fried egg, cranberry sauce, gravy, or anything you desire.
