Growing up, my mom always made us homemade haluski. This homemade haluski recipe is lighter but equally as delicious.
Prepare the Vegetables
In a large sauté pan, add olive oil, butter and garlic. Let the garlic sweat in the pan. Next, add the mushrooms, sliced cabbage, and sliced onion. Saute everything over medium heat until the veggies begin to soften and lightly brown. Add the low sodium soy sauce, season with salt and pepper. Stir well.
Add the cooked egg noodles and toss everything together. Serve hot and enjoy!
