Dress up your roasted vegetables with this sweet tahini dressing. It's easy to make and loaded with flavor.
In a liquid measuring cup, combine the tahini, lemon juice, olive oil, maple syrup, soy sauce, Dijon mustard, salt and a few turns of cracked black pepper. Stir well. Do not worry if the mixture seizes up, the water will smooth it out.
Slowly add your water until the dressing is smooth and creamy. More water gives you a thinner dressing. Less water makes it thicker.
