Air Fryer Spicy Garlic Dijon Salmon

This air fryer spicy garlic Dijon salmon is healthy, delicious and easy to make. The entire recipe comes together in under 15 minutes, making perfect any night of the week.
Preheat the air fryer to 350 degrees.
Mix the marinade together in a bowl. This includes, olive oil, lemon juice, chopped parsley, minced garlic, dijon mustard, sliced Fresno chili, salt, paprika, pepper. Add the salmon fillets to the marinade making sure they are well coated on all sides. Leave the skin on.
Spray the inside of the air fryer with non-stick cooking spray.
Add the marinated salmon to the air fryer (skin side down) and cook for 12 minutes at 350 degrees. This will yield a medium temperature on the salmon. Cooking time will also vary based on the thickness of your fish.
Remove the salmon from the air fryer (option to remove the skin) and serve with your favorite vegetables or rice.
