Ingredients

  • 1 cup 2% milk
  • ½ cup water
  • 2 tablespoons peanut butter, extra as garnish
  • 1 scoop Vega vanilla protein powder
  • 2 teaspoons ground flax seeds
  • 2 medjool dates, pitted
  • 8 ounce frozen berries , DOLE
  • 1 tablespoon granola, divided

Equipment

  • 1 blender

Instructions 

  • Grab a blender and add the milk, water, pitted dates, peanut butter, protein powder, ground flax seeds, and frozen fruit. Buzz until well combined.
  • Split between two glasses.
  • Top with granola and a drizzle of peanut butter.
