Ingredients

  • 4 ounces cream cheese, softened
  • ½ cup 2% cottage cheese
  • 1 cup white cheddar cheese, shredded, plus extra as garnish
  • 7 ounces marinated artichokes hearts , drained, finely diced, about 1 heaping cup
  • ¼ cup jalapeno, finely diced, about 1-2 jalapeños, option to remove seeds
  • 2 tablespoons mild pepperoncini juice
  • ½ teaspoon salt
  • ¼ teaspoon black pepper

Equipment

Instructions 

  • In a mixing bowl, combine the softened cream cheese, 2% cottage cheese, shredded white cheddar cheese, finely diced fresh jalapeno, finely diced artichoke hearts, pepperoncini juice, salt and black pepper. Mix well using a spatula.
  • Once well combined, top with extra diced jalapeno and shredded white cheddar cheese.
  • Serve slightly chilled and enjoy.
