Cheesy Bread Breakfast Sandwich

This cheesy bread breakfast sandwich recipe is the perfect way to start the day! The bread is soft and fluffy, while the cheese on the inside is perfectly crispy.
Heat a small non-stick skillet over medium heat.
Butter the inside of the roll with a thin layer of butter.
Place both sides of the roll in the hot pan buttered side down. Fry until golden brown and remove from the pan.
Next, in the same pan, add 1-2 tablespoons of shredded cheese.
As it begins to melt, place the roll (toasted side down) on the hot cheese. Gently press the roll into the cheese so it adheres.
Once the cheese is crispy, remove the roll from the pan.
In the same pan, add one scrambled egg. Cook the egg to your liking and place it on the sandwich.
Top with freshly chopped chives and enjoy.
