Easy Cheesy Bread

This three-ingredient, easy cheesy bread recipe is borderline addicting. The cheesy bread is perfect for dipping into soup or as the base for a loaded breakfast sandwich.
Heat a small non-stick skillet over medium heat.
Butter the inside of the roll with a thin layer of butter.
Place both sides of the roll in the hot pan, buttered side down. Fry until golden brown and remove from the pan.
Next, in the same pan, add 1-2 tablespoons of shredded cheese.
As it begins to melt, place the roll toasted side down on the hot cheese. (one side at a time) Gently press the roll into the cheese so it adheres. Repeat for the second side.
Once the cheese is crispy remove the roll from the pan. Repeat for all rolls.
Enjoy hot.
