This strawberry thyme lemonade is so refreshing you’ll be sipping it all summer long. Made from simple, fresh ingredients you’re going to love this recipe.
Step One – Thyme Simple Syrup
Step Two – Strawberry Puree
Add strawberries, lemon zest, lemon juice, water and cane sugar to a small saucepan. Bring to a light boil. Once the strawberries are soft, add the mixture to a blender to buzz until smooth. Set aside.
Step Four – Assemble
Add ice to a pitcher, add the lemon juice and simple syrup to taste.
Then, add water and stir well.
Next, add some strawberry puree. Stir well.
Serve chilled over ice with a sprig of thyme as garnish.
