These grated halloumi breakfast tacos are dangerously addicting. Once grated, the halloumi fries in the pan forming a perfectly crispy layer of cheese.
Grab a 9-inch non-stick skillet and place it over medium heat.
Use a microplane grater and grate a thin layer of halloumi on the bottom of the pan.
Once it begins to lightly brown, crack one egg over the halloumi.
Option to cover the pan with a lid to cook the egg.
Or, once the egg sets and the halloumi is crispy, carefully flip it with a spatula to cook the other side.
