Ingredients

  • 1 avocado, peel and pit
  • ¼ cup salsa
  • 1 hard-boiled egg, grated
  • 1 tablespoon cheddar cheese, grated
  • Pinch salt
  • Pinch black pepper

Equipment

  • 1 knife
  • 1 microplane paddle grater

Instructions 

  • Grab one avocado, peel and pit it. Slice a thin layer from the bottom so it lays flat on the plate.
  • Fill it with salsa.
  • Grate one hard-boiled egg over the top of the salsa.
  • Grate the cheddar cheese over the egg.
  • Season with salt and pepper. Enjoy!
