Light, juicy, and delicious these spinach artichoke chicken burgers are insanely good. Topped with a dollop of homemade tzatziki, this chicken burger recipe is summer in a bun.
Spinach Artichoke Chicken Burgers
In a large bowl combine, ground chicken, egg, minced garlic, olive oil, diced shallots, panko breadcrumbs, parmesan cheese, chopped fresh spinach, chopped artichoke hearts, and salt.
Mix until well combined.
Form the ground chicken mixture into patties. I was able to get seven large patties from this mix.
Spray an 11-inch non-stick pan with cooking spray.
Place the pan over medium heat. Cook the burgers for 6-7 minutes on each side, or until the internal temp is 165. The cooking time will depend on how thick your burgers are. Thinner burgers may cook more quickly.
Once the burgers are cooked through, add them to a bun and top them with your favorite toppings.
Serve warm and enjoy!
