Pro Tips for Air Frying
- Keep the crescent roll dough cold, so you may need to work in batches. Refrigerate any pigs in a blanket that aren’t in the air fryer.
- Line the air fryer basket with parchment paper. Be sure to cut slits into the parchment paper so any juices can drip down through the grates, preventing the dough from getting soggy.
- When cutting the sausage in half be sure to cut it so the bottom is flat. This way the sausages can easily stand up in the air fryer. You’ll want to stand the sausages up when baking so the dough can cook evenly on all sides.
