For this recipe, I added some fresh chopped spinach, sun-dried tomatoes, and crumbled feta cheese. It gave this recipe more of a Mediterranean flare. However, you can enjoy this dish without adding anything to it. The orzo and rice taste so good with the browned butter. Considering this recipe only calls for three ingredients, you’ll be blown away by how much flavor this dish packs.

Pair this recipe with seared salmon or chicken for the perfect weeknight meal. You can also add some canned tuna and make it into more of a pasta salad. This would be perfect for a quick and healthy lunch option. There are so many ways you can enjoy this recipe. So, give this tasty dish a try!
