Healthyish, the new Black.
Just like the quintessential color, Healthyish is the newest must-have lifestyle. So, what does it mean to be Healthyish? It’s this crazy concept that people can live their happiest lives when they are balanced, healthy and confident.
When people would ask me to describe my lifestyle, I would always find myself saying the same thing, “I eat Healthyish, I live Healthyish, I just am Healthyish.” Healthyish is more than just a descriptive word, it’s a belief that you can find balance in everything you do,
- It’s knowing that you can enjoy all foods in moderation.
- It’s honoring your body through fitness and healthy habits.
- It’s embracing your imperfections.
- It’s taking self-preservation time when needed.
Ultimately, it’s striving to be the best version of yourself without excessive pressure to be perfect.
It’s a funny thing, when you stop giving a shit what other people think, you end up being a much happier person. You are more confident in yourself and that confidence is powerful. Like, get-out-of-my-way-because-nothing-can-stop-me kind of powerful, with a little bit of “ish” on the side.

In fact, that’s precisely why I started the Healthyish brand. I wanted to find a way to connect with people through my favorite pastimes, which are food, fitness and fun! I am my happiest self when I am sharing what I love with others.
So, Be Healthyish. Eat Healthyish. Live Healthyish. It truly is a lifestyle, and this website is about helping everyone discover and create their own Healthyish life.
