Grated Egg Kylie Jenner Ramen – Healthyish Foods

For this fun recipe, you’ll be using all the same ingredients, but we will grate the egg instead of whisking it. We will also add onion powder, crunchy garlic chili oil and chopped green onions on top. Let me tell you, I was blown away by how delicious this turned out.

The grated egg almost melted into the soup. It made the broth slightly creamy and delicious. Add the crunchy garlic chili oil, green onions and seasonings and this ramen is seriously addicting. Plus, it only took 10 minutes!

What In Grated Egg Kylie Jenner Ramen

Ramen – One package of store-bought ramen with the seasoning packet is what you need. Do not throw away the seasoning packet. You will use it in this recipe. I like chicken flavor but I’m sure other flavors would work too.

Seasoning – For this recipe, you’ll use a pinch of garlic powder and a pinch of onion powder.

Butter- You will need one tablespoon butter for this recipe.

Egg – Use one store-bought hard-boiled egg. You can boil water and make hard boiled eggs too. Either way, you’ll only need one hard-boiled egg for this recipe. Make sure the egg is chilled and your paddle microplane grater is sharp. Grate the egg over the top of the ramen.

Toppings – Add the crunchy garlic chili oil and chopped green onions. Serve hot.  

How to Make Grated Egg Kylie Jenner Ramen

Boil 2 cups water in a small pot.

Add the ramen and the seasoning packet.

Next, add a pinch of onion powder and garlic powder. Stir well.

Once the noodles are softened add the butter. Stir well.

Add everything to a bowl and grate the egg on top. You will need a paddle microplane grater.

Next add the crunchy garlic chili oil and green onions.

Serve hot and enjoy!
